And she said she had it with the cup. I searched for 5 minutes then. I found it on the passenger side in between the seat. Long story short. Please don't hand the cards back with the beverage especially not communicating that you did. Hand it over with a receipt. And then hand out the product, this could have all been avoided. Then, when I told them, I found the card, they all want to laugh. For some reason. Just do it normally.

I’m saying it clear at the window and at the intercom when you’re ordering your food, they still get the order wrong and I have to go back in line more than one time I went today, January 24 at 11 o’clock and they got my order wrong two times I went back in line more than one time and got my order wrong both of times after me telling you at the window what was wrong and what I asked for and they still proceed to get it wrong. I’m very upset the customer service I cannot understand for the life of me. I don’t know if they hear what they wanna hear but I’m so tired of that. I’m spending my money and not getting what I wanted.
