I made a complaint through the email and was only given two options 20% off my next order and a free pizza. I don’t want a free pizza or 20% off my next order. I want my money back. It’s $50 down the drain. Tried to call they refused a refund because it’s not “refund worthy”. In my eyes having to order more food because the first order was unable is refund worthy, but oh well. The worker was nice enough, however the second pizza was delivered to the completely wrong address so three stars for service.
