  i stop on my way to work because it’s 5 minutes away. one time i ordered a medium iced coffee. i drove away without looking at the screen. i was told my total was $6 and change. i got to the window and was told my total was $8. making sure they weren’t giving me the wrong order, i said i was just told a different total. i think it was the manager who was helping at the window who said the worker had entered it wrong and she’s new. they handed my a frozen coffee. large. when i asked for a medium iced. i didn’t bother correcting them because i wasn’t feeling picky. there was also no one else in the drive thru and no one inside i could see. i ordered another time. i asked for my same order. medium iced. again i didn’t notice they charged me for a small. i never order a small. when she was about to hand me the small, i said im sorry i ordered a medium. the girl walked away. i checked my receipt after she walked away and realized they charged me for a small. the manager came over and asked if i was waiting for something. i explained i asked for a medium and was given a small. the manager said “she’s making you a medium but you paid for a small because she’s being polite”. i wasn’t being rude , and yes i was charged for a small, i wouldn’t have minded paying the difference, but getting my order wrong almost everytime i go now, when it’s never busy. the drive thru isn’t busy, there’s no one inside, it’s just clearly not working. i went to another location this morning and had such amazing service compared to this one. never coming back here, no desire. what’s the point you don’t get what you order.

  Horrible horrible manager! Yelling at her employees. Belittling them and calling them names. Rude to all the customers and telling them to deal with their orders. Telling the employees to be cheap with the products to save a dime! When told she is the manager and she needs to be more respectful and not be yelling and screaming she tells them to shut up it’s not her job. She needs to be fired or investigated because not only the customers but also to the employees she is completely disgusting! I don’t know how many complaints the district manager has to read to get something done and fixed. This person is not made for customer service jobs. People are nice to her in the morning and she still speaks to them disrespectfully. GET HER FIRED!!

  Service was horrible,they messed up my drink multiple times and all the drinks ordered were subpar compared to our usual dunkin. Absolutely disgusting and a waste of money,don't waste your time going here. I ordered a tea with almond milk and sugar and after 6 tries I ended up with rotten skim milk ...honeyish tasting, tea flavored, lukewarm water 🤢
