  Writing I am extremely dissatisfied with the experience I had. I placed an order at 7:30 PM and was charged $30 on my card, only for my delivery to be canceled at 9:00 PM. I was then told it was because I had allegedly called from a different number, which is completely untrue—I have proof to confirm this. When I went to the location to resolve the issue and request a refund, the manager was unprofessional, dismissive, and outright rude. Instead of assisting me, he told me to call the police. I followed through, and it is unacceptable that law enforcement had to be involved to resolve something that should have been handled easily by staff with proper communication and basic customer service. To make matters worse, the manager refused to provide any receipt or documentation showing the cancellation or explaining where my money went. I was ignored rather than helped. This entire situation reflects extremely poor management and a lack of accountability. I will never order from this location on Chase Ave again, and I will be escalating this matter to corporate. This level of service is unacceptable.

  Never walked in and caught a bad vibe from this location at all. I order regularly from this location and it's always great. Tonight I order delivery and my pizza came in wrong but with no hesitation the general manager Owen made sure to make it right. It also helps to speak to people with respect because mistakes can happen, what you do to correct it speaks volumes. The staff is always great and in good spirits. Keep up the great work!

  Great food and very great employee named Amanda who took my order and made sure what I ordered was correct and repeated the order back to me which I appreciate unlike other restaurants

  I had the absolute best experience at this Domino’s location. The young gentleman at the front desk that was working the late night shift was very helpful and made my families night. Food was hot and fresh!

  On March 10th, I visited the Domino's Pizza location on Chase Avenue. When I first entered the restaurant, the atmosphere appeared clean and I was greeted promptly. The staff gave me time to review the menu, and one of the employees kindly assisted me with placing my order and followed my instructions. Initially, the customer service was good. However, shortly after, I observed several food safety concerns that made me uncomfortable. A delivery driver came in from outside and placed her delivery bag on one of the tray tables. Immediately after, she went to the oven, removed a pizza, cut it, boxed it, and then began preparing one of the chocolate desserts on the menu. During this entire process, she did not wash her hands, even after coming in from outside and touching her clothing. Additionally, the employee who took my order had been handling dough before assisting me at the register. After touching the computer to place my order, she returned directly to food preparation and began handling dough again without washing her hands. As a customer watching this happen, it raised serious concerns about proper hygiene and cross-contamination practices. Food safety is extremely important, especially when preparing food for the public. I paid for my order, but after witnessing these practices, I did not feel comfortable eating the food. I left the restaurant and ultimately threw the food away because I did not feel safe consuming it. While the staff were polite and the customer service was initially good, I would recommend that management reinforce proper handwashing and food safety procedures with employees. For customers who may have sensitive stomachs or concerns about hygiene, this is something to be aware of.
