But God forbid you have to call the store you'll get put on hold for 15-40 mins most days. But kicker is they told me to call back to give me a coupon. Im currently 25 mins on hold trying to place an so I can utilize that coupon. This franchise has lost all care for customer service and puts to much reliance on AI

Leading to my order not being able to be delivered and delivery person made no attempt to look for building as I was standing outside for over 10 minutes please teach your staff that if they don’t like there job they should get a new one it takes 2 minutes to answer the phone and figure out what a customer wants

I called a few times to inquire about a refund, I understand it was a snow storm so I completely understand they may have had an overload of orders but ignoring my calls after having charged me & delivering my order to the wrong location is unacceptable. I spoke with a man/ boy on the phone who said to me I don’t have time to deal with this & while he may not he could have had the decency to assist me since they made the mistake.
