  Horrible customer service !!!! Drive through always has an attitude, when you go inside cashier and workers have an attitude!! They need to do better then they forget your food or drinks and there mad at you cause of there mistakes! Like be so forreal especially the ladies that work there terrible customer service and work ethics always having a face and huffing and puffing TERRIBLE WORKERS

  Witnessed a worker go into the bathroom with gloves on, he was in there for about ten minutes before exiting to the back where food was being prepared with same gloves on. disgusting.

  First time going to DQ. Taniyah and Hakeem made the experience memorable. Fresh made and quality food. Affordable prices. Delicious ice cream. Outstanding service. Will return.

  This dairy Queen at 213 Chase avenue in Waterbury, Connecticut which is the only one near this market area. Actually does not allow patrons to sit or dine in at all! The only ones that they service inside are the delivery workers picking up orders! The rest of us patrons have to the drive-thru to get our orders even if it's just desserts! Why on Earth if any food I want to eat after I've done shopping at the mall right across the street would I want to just order through the car and have to sit in my car and eat my food or dessert when I pay good money. This is unacceptable!! This is all the time problem at this location!!! And why!! You guys need to find out why they're only servicing delivery workers inside and having the patrons and customers outside! Especially you guys are getting good money from us customers you really are!!!!!:( We didn't even bother this time because actually my grandson who's eight saw that we were supposed to be able to eat inside and since they didn't want us inside at all, it discouraged his appetite and for us all!!!

  I got food poisoning from eating a cheeseburger, fries and one of their blizzards. I had their food days prior but this time it effected me in the worst way possible. I’m not going to eat here again! EDIT: I got sent to the ER Friday the 27th because of severe dehydration because the symptoms got worse. the fact that their food sent me to the hospital says enough, whoever worked Wednesday the 25th of March around 12:00PM/1:00PM needs to be talked to about cleanliness or something. This is unexceptional, only after I ate their food and the was basically my last and only meal did I become severely ill. This DQ NEEDS A HEALTH INSPECTION!!!!
