  I really want to like this place, but there are 2 things they consistently do well: get your food order wrong and make you wait a long time for them to accomplish this. Went through drive through and ordered sonic cheeseburger and a side of onion rings, simple enough. They made me wait 8 minutes because the burger wasn't ready. Finally got my bag and drove off. Went a few minutes down the road only to discover I received jalapeño poppers and a lukewarm burger. Why did it taste like it was sitting around when they were supposedly making it fresh? Not sure how they call it a burger because it was a sad looking thrown together disaster. Needless to say, it was off putting and couldn't eat it. So ordered a whopper and onion rings down the road at burger king and received my correct order and it was hot and tasted fresh. And it was a few dollars cheaper. I get it's fast food, but why run a business if this is the quality you are going to receive. And I don't complain after one time, this has happened at least 2 other times. Hope they do something about quality control. Don't think I will go back again.

  Difficult to rate the food when they don't answer the call button and take your order. Don't waste your time coming here.

  Was having a terrible night and decided to treat myself to a late night dinner. Service was super slow. I ordered through the app and the made me wait in drive three instead of bringing it to me in the stall. I only get ketchup on my burgers and they gave me everything but the ONE condiment I asked for. Thanks for not making my night any better

  Food was uncooked, not the correct order, customer service was unsatisfactory, I called to speak to manager , made a complaint an request refund, and did not receive anything.
