    The front end employee Sonja was incredibly rude to the girl working at self checkout and us while trying to check out. She made us uncomfortable as customers and we felt so terrible for the employee. She shouldn’t work in customer service and is a horrible representation of the store.

    This store is usually very clean, well merchandised and stocked with very nice seasonal displays and appropriate items. They did not have what I was looking for this trip but I enjoyed the Autumn scenery.

    A night manager publicly berated the guy working in deli and I felt really bad for him. I'm a customer and I was standing right there & she was being very nasty to him and treating him like a lazy scumbag. She was being very nasty to him. That conversation should've been had in private. That's not how we treat deli workers in America.
