I was visiting family and decided to stop by this coffee shop, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.While placing my order, I encountered a young woman who was snobbish and dismissive. When I received my drink, it looked rushed and messy, with liquid spilled on the outside of the cup. When I asked for a napkin to clean up the mess that was made, the employee at the window rolled her eyes, which I found disrespectful. I did not appreciate the service I received at this location. The staff would benefit from taking their roles more seriously and providing better customer service.

This one girl with curly hair yelled at me for accidentally going in the wrong way, thankfully it was empty and there were no cars in the drive thru line, so I easily turned around. When I turned around and pulled up to the kiosk, I apologized and told her it was my first time at the location, she proceeded to just stare at me… My coffee was okay, i know i’ve had better. Dutch Bros is way better!

Customer support is essentially nonexistent. I’ve been skipped in the drive-through so staff could serve friends behind me, which is unacceptable. On top of that, the rewards program change has been a nightmare. I’ve had to email corporate at least four times to get my free drink points transferred—something that should be simple. I left my phone number for the local owner to contact me and never heard back. Corporate also ignores emails or offers no real resolution. I visit 7 Brew 2–3 times a week, yet it feels like the company cares more about taking money than valuing loyal customers. Sadly, I’m considering boycotting because they’ve repeatedly shown they don’t prioritize customer care.
