- RHRyan Howard2 days ago1.0That was odd. Employees arguing with one another, made for a bad experience. Then add in out of chicken, sour cream, pico, and peppers & onions. Yikes.

I understand people come in waves, so I try to give Chipotle the benefit of the doubt since they actually cook their food. However, they were picking and choosing who was allowed to get chips, queso, double meat, and more based on which customers they knew versus didn’t. I asked for a bag of chips and they said no, after giving chips to the 3 couples in front of me because they’re “regulars” The entire staff was talking about how the Chipotle CEO made millions of dollars this year and that they don’t care about moving efficiently because they don’t get paid enough - meanwhile a line of 20+ people hear them and they continue to stand around and do nothing. I’ll never go back again..

Could expect this from a child, not an adult.
