i forgot to post this the other day but katelyn the one that is loud and has so much energy is literally my favorite employee. always making me smile even if it is 5 am or late at night. she’s even paid for my drink before when i had a bad day. I love 7brew but it’s even better when my girl katelyn is there.
the girl that wears cargo pants and always has the bun in her hair. I feel bad i don’t know her name but she is the best employee by far. everytime we are about to get the drinks she is talking to us and having a great conversation. i also see her always helping what it seems like new people all the time. showing them how to do something and asking them questions on how to make drinks. she is so passionate for this job and you really can’t find people like this everywhere you go.
Please tell your workers to stop socializing with friends when people have to get to work! Today, there was a black BMW in line talking with one of the females taking orders at rhe podium. We were behind the car. Minutes went by, other workers came out to talk to the driver of the BMW and finally they placed their order. Minutes go by again, the order came out and they continued to talk to the driver! We actually beeped the horn.
During rush hour, MAYBE cut down on the socializing with friends! Trust me, it wasn't some random person, when 4 different workers came up and were chatting with the driver.
Ive gone a couple times in the passed, mabye 5 or 6 times, and every time has been wonderful, but Cam...is by far the BEST employee ive ever interacted with, extremely respectful, easy to talk to and get along with, and just chit chat overall, I asked what are some good options if im running on a budget cause I didnt have much $ at the time, so we got to talking, and he ran inside real quick, and wound up paying FOR ME. I was shocked by such a gesture, especially for a costumer he met 2 minutes ago. I liked that he didnt have that static customer service voice alot of people wind up having, I have nothing but good things to say about him and this location
