- ADAshley DummerJun 25, 20251.0The manager was very rude and annoying. She yelled at us for "ordering something that wasn't on the menu" when it clearly was. I'm not sure why we got charged $15 dollars for a small $3.50 refresher and a $5 meal deal, but we did. They wouldn't refund us either. The cashier made my drink incorrectly, so it didn't taste good. The wraps we got were burnt and tasted disgusting. Also, the screen with the menu on it stopped working when we were trying to look at it. Luckily we had already ordered. Not a fan of this Dunkin.
