  I placed an order on their website and after I paid I realized I ordered it from the Vernon location when I meant to order from the Enfield location. I called the Vernon location and explained what had happened. At first they were going to just refund me and then i would have to order again from the Enfield location but then the woman I was speaking to told me she could call the Enfield location and transfer the order. This made it so I didn't need to wait a day or two to get my refund and I didn't have to reorder my food. We were able to pick up our food for the same time we had scheduled it for originally and the food was great. Great food and service, highly recommend.

  The staff is super friendly . The food is always on point and authentic! Comparable to Scotties beef patties and coco bread in Hartford. The curry goat is served with beans and rice or white rice and you get cabbage with it for a medium or large order. So good! Best spot by far in the Vernon area for authentic Jamaican cuisine!

  I don’t go to Jamaican Kitchen for atmosphere, it’s more of a takeout restaurant, I go for the delicious food! It’s sublime. I have never been disappointed with the food I’ve gotten and the staff is really nice! Try them out!!!!

  Never again 65$ to small diners one ox n other pepper steak all seem like it was microwaved this place has gone down hill weird vibe

  Yall my back EXPANDED eating this food I ate everything off my plate!!! But fr tho it was fresh and everything was packed with flavor I’ll definitely come back here again
