- LJLebron JamesNov 24, 20251.0I've been living in vernon for about 5 months now. I used to come to this location every morning. The manager and her twin sister are extremely rude. They both have a nasty attitude. I really dont want to play the race card BUT them two make it hard . I dont see them act the way they act with me with anyone else. Apparently her son works there too, and he's as rude as they are. The other staff there are great. It's not the workers its management that is TERRIBLE! Best coffee in vernon is the dunkin' donuts on windsor ave! They always get it right. They don't favor the window instead of walk-ins. Fast service, EVERYBODY is nice! And you don't have people that hate their job, taking their frustration out on you. We as the customers just want our coffee and done correctly. We don't care if you hate your job or your life!

I didn't feel rushed at all, infact the person at the front made me feel more welcome than ever. I believe their name was Aspen and i want to shout them out. they answered all of my questions and seemed really knowledgable! I love this dunkin ill be back for sure. They can never get your order right. Or your coffee right. Or even your iced tea right. Stop serving people raw inedible hashbrowns. Forgetting people's donuts save your time and go to a different dunkin waste of money waste of time
