    Today I went through the drive-thru at Dunkin’ to purchase a donut and gift cards. I asked for 6 gift cards and was told I’m only allowed to buy 3 through the drive-thru. I explained that I had two infant babies in the car and asked if they could accommodate me, especially since there was not a single car behind me and no line inside either. It was 12 degrees outside — I wasn’t about to bring two infants out into the cold for something they were fully capable of processing at the window. On top of that, I was spending over $300. You would think there would be some level of customer appreciation or flexibility, especially given the circumstances. Instead, I was told I’d have to go around twice if I wanted 6 cards. The lack of understanding and willingness to help was disappointing, and the staff’s attitude felt rude and dismissive. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dunkin’. Customer service matters, and today it was completely lacking. I won’t be returning to this location.

    Come on, cold coffee???? I asked for toasted bagel, yiu give me a hard as a rock one!! Makes no sense, it can be that hard, people are on the run i cant stop to reheat coffee so im stuck with a cold drink (waste of money) hungry as I am, I cant take a bite of the bagel as is freaking cold and hard!!!

    I stopped at this Dunkin’ 11/14/25 and I left extremely upset. The young african american girl working the drive-thru gave me attitude from the second she started talking- sighing loudly, acting annoyed, and giving me dirty looks when I pulled up to the window. When I asked a simple question about my order, she rolled her eyes and slammed the window right in my face without saying anything!!! She took way longer than necessary to hand me one drink, and when she did, she barely opened the window and shoved it at me. The whole thing felt so disrespectful and completely uncalled for, especially that early in the morning. I’ve never been treated like that at any Dunkin, and it actually put me in a bad mood for the rest of the day because of how incredibly unnecessary it was… like I do not understand the lack of professionalism and basic kindness. I get having bad days, but this isn’t my first negative experience here and I won’t be coming back to this location after that experience. Avoid

    I stopped by this Dunkin’ last week on Thursday (11/6/25) around 8:30 AM, and the food was honestly disappointing. The bagel I ordered was barely warmed and had a stale, chewy texture that made it disgusting to eat. The cream cheese was slapped on unevenly and the whole thing tasted like it had been sitting out since the night before. Even the hash browns were cold in the middle, which was the biggest letdown. I mean how do you not even warm hash browns properly at 8:30am!!! That’s peak time. I’ve had much better quality and experience at other Dunkin’ locations, so this really stood out in a bad way. I don’t think I’ll be coming back anytime soon unless things improve and they get NEW MANAGEMENT !
