I had put in an order on the app but accidentally put in the wrong pickup time, so I immediately called and explained the situation to whoever answered the phone. They asked my name and proceeded to shuffle the phone around (no hold or anything, just background noise) and then a different voice came over the phone and said my food had already been made. I had placed the order on the app less than 2min prior, the only time in between was me dialing the phone to call. I was given a wise-ass remark when I asked if he was sure because it had been less than 5min and he said “yeah we’re fast” ……rude and unprofessional. So I picked up an hour old cold pizza.

Have always enjoyed your pizza and wings, but my car is in the shop and that’s an absurd fee setup. If you’re going to increase your fees, step up your game and scale based on delivery distance and number of active orders in that area. It’s not that hard to set up a dynamic pricing system.
