In no way should a customer have to pay MORE for menu items because they have no change. Total would be $4.82 , pay with a $5, and they will only give you $0.10 cents back and claim that’s their policy now that theirs no Pennie’s. That is stealing customer money.

Pulled up to the pay window, they didn't tell me a total or give me a receipt. I leave and reach in the bag for my hashbrowns, to my surprise there were none. Just the bagel. So I checked my bank account out of confusion and see they charge me $9.43. They gave me less and charged me more. The bagel was pretty good and the coffee tastes chemically if that makes sense, did not drink it. I have been looking for a reason to stop spending money there and this just did that for me!
