- JLJulia LevineSep 5, 20251.0whoever the older lady who was working 9/5 at around closing time, she wouldn’t let us use the lane since she was “closing” the register and to use self checkout, whatever fine. ended up needing assistance and stood there for 5mins while she looked over at me 6 different times and continued to check out A DIFFERENT CUSTOMER in the lane she told me she was closing down. ended up cancelling the entire order myself again after 5 minutes and redoing it as she stood there doing nothing but avoiding looking at me. and honestly why do you guys not have anyone just simply looking over the self checkout when all of the registers are supposedly being “shut down”
