I had to leave my guests and practically going I to the deli to speak to someone for help ……. Long story short I didn’t get my food and left until after 4:00 Also I ordered brownies and were told they didn’t have them ….. horrible experience and will never order catering from them again unless I order for 1:00 and know I won’t get the food for an hour later Plus the chicken tenders that I paid over $50 were cold so we had to heat them in the microwave The person behind the deli kept apologizing and even wanted me to have the manager’s phone number, but I didn’t have time for him to get it because I had to leave my gas to come get my food that was an hour late and the chicken was cold

It's one thing to support certain politics, however saying "WE NEED TO GET RID OF ALL THE IMMIGRANTS" loud enough for customers to hear is insane. Keep that conversation for home. I've lost faith in Stop & Shop. The professionalism has gone out the window.
