    I have 2 problems with this store today. 1 - One of the Produce employees with long dark colored hair was so rude for no reason. 2 - one of the store managers Jeremiah was also so rude for no reason. I'm never coming back here again!!!

    NEVER buy the deli meats/ready to eat meat here. If you would like to gamble, you can do it in a much less disgusting way at the casino down the road.

    I had put in a catering order with a pick up at 3:00….. paid it in full a week before …I had a a lot of people coming to the house …. .. when my son went to pick it up he was still waiting 45 minutes with no one really helping him …. I had to leave my guests and practically going I to the deli to speak to someone for help ……. Long story short I didn’t get my food and left until after 4:00 Also I ordered brownies and were told they didn’t have them ….. horrible experience and will never order catering from them again unless I order for 1:00 and know I won’t get the food for an hour later Plus the chicken tenders that I paid over $50 were cold so we had to heat them in the microwave The person behind the deli kept apologizing and even wanted me to have the manager’s phone number, but I didn’t have time for him to get it because I had to leave my gas to come get my food that was an hour late and the chicken was cold

    Went today to buy so.e rolls for dinner from the deli. Went home and made dinner right after and the rolls were stale. They say guarantee 💯 fresh that's a lie.Its sad to buy food and have to toss it the same day. I usually go to East Lyme store they give you fresh.

    Whoever was working the bakery this morning (11/6/25 @ 7:15isham) needs to be talked to. It's one thing to support certain politics, however saying "WE NEED TO GET RID OF ALL THE IMMIGRANTS" loud enough for customers to hear is insane. Keep that conversation for home. I've lost faith in Stop & Shop. The professionalism has gone out the window.
