Once back in January 2025, I used a promotions thing when I went to the location in Las Vegas, NV, and they happened to honor that one. I am discouraged and upset. This is why I rarely get Krispy Kreme donuts. Don't have people sign up to become rewards members and send out different promotions and not honor ALL promotions. It makes no sense and I received different responses that sound really bs.
