    We went to the stand where all the shops were around 7 pm on 11/15 and Rachel helped us. She was so friendly and efficient and worked very fast. She had a smile on her face the entire time and made the experience awesome. Food was good too and selection was perfect as they had everything we were looking for. Highly recommend for a treat.

    Very rude staff with no patience whatsoever. As we were trying to order our donuts we were asked twice if we wanted drinks and were given zero time to answer. We weren’t even done ordering our donuts when interrupted. Then they completely ignored one of the drink orders and just had us pay. Completely ignorant and everyone looked miserable. To the manager reading this, please consider training your staff better in customer service as they clearly need it.

    Absolutely HATE this place! I go in anytime I am nearby or at show and my intentions are always to get ONE donut but always walk away with ONE DOZEN donuts. I am so glad I live over an hour from here otherwise I would be in serious trouble.

    I always get a couple dozen donuts for friends and family to bring back up north after a visit to the good old Casino! because we do not have a Krispy Kreme around the Boston area that I know of. The quality of the donuts are outstanding! Dunkin' Donuts baking skills are absolutely no competition! And they "Krispy Kreme" are open 24/7 / 365!
