The staff are generally friendly and efficient, and the lineup of donuts is usually well stocked at all hours, including classics like the Original Glazed and seasonal varieties that stay fresh thanks to the on‑site production. We tried a few of the fresh glazed and specialty donuts. The texture was soft and airy, with that signature melt‑in‑your‑mouth quality Krispy Kreme is known for. Pairing them with coffee made for a satisfying sweet break after dinner or while exploring the casino. Overall, this Krispy Kreme at Mohegan Sun is a convenient and tasty sugary pit stop, perfect for a late‑night sweet fix or a classic donut experience while in the area.

  They were cool and helpful. The donuts weren’t hot or warm, which is fine, I guess. I remember these donuts being so soft I could easily eat a few in minutes. I also remember them tasting very sweet. They also purposely add only a tiny bit of filling to their donuts. I am underwhelmed, and I won’t make the trip again because it won’t be worth it. Again, they were nice, but they almost let me walk out with a cup that had syrup on the side. I had to ask for an extra cup.

  The donuts are good but as a rewards member of Krispy Kreme, the 2 locations in the casino don't honor any promotions unless its something like an anniversary or birthday. Once back in January 2025, I used a promotions thing when I went to the location in Las Vegas, NV, and they happened to honor that one. I am discouraged and upset. This is why I rarely get Krispy Kreme donuts. Don't have people sign up to become rewards members and send out different promotions and not honor ALL promotions. It makes no sense and I received different responses that sound really bs.
