  my cousin and I ordered a egg and cheese on an everything bagel. the line was incredibly long but we were at the beginning of it. after we ordered we waited for 30 mins for our egg and cheese. the workers ignored us waiting although we reminded them multiple times. we could hear the workers talking amongst themselves and complaining they did not want to take our order. we could also hear them saying that there were no more everything bagels although they could have asked us if we wanted a different type of bagel, they did not tell us for another 20 mins. when we finally told them they could put it on a regular bagel, they said that all the regular bagels were frozen and we had to wait another 10 mins. we were waiting for longer than the last person in line. when they finally gave us our food after 30 mins it was burnt and they did not even apologize for the wait. the workers were rude and we ended up missing our cousins basketball game!

  Place is dirty and it's only 11 a.m. 6/29/17! Guy standing at register texting on his phone, meanwhile three straws in the bin no napkins and counter is sticky and spilled coffee and sugar all over it. Disgusting not sure I'll b going there again. Got my English muffin walked all the way to other end of casino sat down and guess what.... no butte on it " who orders a toasted English muffin with butter, and doesn't get the butter" do they think I am a duck swimming in the pond waiting for a little kid to throw me some bread? Argh, and guy, Joseph, has done nothing but text on his phone and talk on his phone while Sean and Anne are the only two working! Good idea to get a manager to work and enforce some rules....
