  Despite almost every other store being closed for the blizzard, Dunkin was open with a single person. When I asked if they were closing early I was told they would be open until midnight, which is when the worst of the storm is supposed to be happening. What sort of owner cares so little about the well-being of their employees that they would make these poor people come in knowing there's a good chance they can't leave? Service was fine and the cashier was polite and quick, which only made me feel worse for her. These people clearly don't care about the people working for them so I find it hard to believe they care about their customers either! Will not be supporting this place the next time I come to stay.

  Upmost respect here for all Dunkin workers. They always try to be the most pleasant they can be, in a world full of stresses and stressed out customers. Be generous 💰and kind when you can. We’re all paying the same bills and trying to feed our families ☕️🥤 America runs on Dunkin.. 🇺🇸 Please dont plow over all the hardworking employee’s during your brief encounter ✌️

  my cousin and I ordered a egg and cheese on an everything bagel. the line was incredibly long but we were at the beginning of it. after we ordered we waited for 30 mins for our egg and cheese. the workers ignored us waiting although we reminded them multiple times. we could hear the workers talking amongst themselves and complaining they did not want to take our order. we could also hear them saying that there were no more everything bagels although they could have asked us if we wanted a different type of bagel, they did not tell us for another 20 mins. when we finally told them they could put it on a regular bagel, they said that all the regular bagels were frozen and we had to wait another 10 mins. we were waiting for longer than the last person in line. when they finally gave us our food after 30 mins it was burnt and they did not even apologize for the wait. the workers were rude and we ended up missing our cousins basketball game!
