- CCChristine CastagnaApr 22, 20251.0Went to order a green tea and a coffee at 7:37 on Tuesday the 22nd. The doors were locked with a note saying the shop was closed but would reopen soon. We went across to Jersey Mike's and ordered our sandwiches. While sitting eating the sandwiches we noticed someone opening the doors. When we asked for the green tea, we were told there wasn't any hot water for the tea. We could have ice tea. We didn't get anything. We usually get the coffee and tea while we are at Jersey Mike's with no problem, but this time we were disappointed.
- RTRobinette TuckerApr 6, 20212.0ALL DUNKIN DONUTS: They changed there hot cups a little while back. BIG MISTAKE because the new ones leak all over your hands, down the sides of the cup. It is so bad that when I get to work I have to pour the coffee in my own tumbler. The cup is so stained by then that it just looks like you are drinking out of a dirty cup. They need to go back to the old ones, these are not satisfactory to your customers.
