  I went here on Saturday (2/21) around 9:30 PM and clearly informed the employee about a peanut allergy. He initially grabbed ice cream from the back, which I appreciated, but then used a spoon from near the peanut container instead of opening a new sealed spoon as proper allergy protocol requires. When I mentioned it, he responded with an attitude and said, “Let me remake it then — I don’t want you to take 2 steps and then die.” That comment was extremely inappropriate and insensitive given how serious food allergies are. I brought it to the manager, Chelsea, and she scoffed and said he “didn’t charge you,” as if that made it okay. This wasn’t about payment — it was about safety and professionalism. Very disappointed in how this was handled. Food allergies should never be joked about or dismissed.

  The guy who served us hated that we exist? We asked hey how are you? And he rolled his eyes and said “I’m alright”. Weird and very rude, for absolutely no reason. We were so kind???

  Good service but the ice cream is not as good as you buy in the store. The Cherry Garcia had very little chocolate and cherries and the texture was very different. The portions are huge but also expensive. No wonder everyone is overweight.
