  This Subway is a garbage pit. We placed a $55 order on Thursday (3.12) for in-store pickup. When we arrived at the store, we were told there was no order. We showed the person at the store the full order and order #. They reiterated they had no order. We asked if the order can still be made, and they refused to make the order. We challenged the charge with the bank, as we received no food, which the bank told us to try and work with the store. We went to the store today and the manager stated, had we come in yesterday (3.14) the order could have been voided, but again, we were told they never received the order. The manager refused to credit us, refund us or anything, so I guess we will have to inform the bank now that they refuse to correct the issue.
