  Smh because I was actually anticipating the moment when I could finally try one of the bacon jam items. Imagine my surprise when I sit down and open the box just to see 3 pieces of cheese flopped over the side of the bread. I was about to just take the sandwich home and grill it my damn self, but since my intention was to eat BEFORE going home. I walked back up to the counter and kindly asked the middle aged Indian Dunkin employee who prepared the sandwich to finish the job. She didn't apologize, rather she got defensive and said something about a cheese sandwich. I said, um, yes I ordered a GRILLED cheese sandwich. The younger employee, a Hispanic woman stated that she would put the sandwich back in the oven. I thanked her and gently explained that I just wanted what I ordered and asked if either her or her coworker actually knew what a grilled cheese was. No answer. How embarrassing Dunkin'. And definitely not on my 2025 bingo card. Thank goodness, the sandwich was good overall and it was pretty sizable. Where can I post my before and after pics?

  Two workers are extremely rude will let you stand there without greeting, even after I greet . I was left there 3 times in total waiting with no recognition what so ever, first time I came I brushed it off I’m like maybe it wasn’t their day but 4th visit same treatment . Customer service isn’t for everyone love Dunkin though ! Manager needs to speak to co workers

  The service is absolutely horrible. Compare to other Dunkin locations this is the worst place! Dunkin should really consider a serious change and staff training. Avoid if possible.

  Food is just like any other Dunkin, wich isn't a bad thing. But they definitely need work on customer service. Recently they got a new kiosk to order from. Very similar to what mcdonald's uses. Simple and effective. The issue is this, THEY ONLY WANT YOU TO USE THE KIOSK so good luck using cash and expect you to know when your order is ready without telling you. My experiance: I ordered a large hot coffee and after ordering it they placed it behind the kiosk out of view and didn't say a thing ( i didnt know the order was mine and how many orders were ahead of me.) then after several minutes of waiting she asked me what I was waiting for. I told her my order, then gave me a condescending look like I'm crazy or stupid and then pointed at the drink saying "its right there". First: I can't read your mind lady, tell me when my order is ready like a person. My name is on the order, not for me to find it, but for you to call it so i know. I'm not gonna take something that ist mine. Second: if it isn't placed out in the open how do I know its ready or even my order to begin with? Third: Be Personable! being a respectable human being by proper communication and respect can go a very long way. All I gotta say is HR needs to check out these other reviews and make changes. The coffee may have been hot, but no one likes a cold additude.
