So, I found myself nearby at lunchtime, so I stopped in. The good news is that my poppy seed bagel was a genuinely good one, with great texture and plenty of poppy seeds. The bad news is that the bacon, egg and cheese sandwich served on that good bagel was kind of a disaster. I ordered a BEC on a poppy seed bagel, toasted and with butter. I saw the counter person assemble it with pre-cooked bacon (I will say that the portion size of the bacon was quite generous) and a pre-cooked egg. If the bagel was toasted and buttered, I couldn't tell because the entire sandwich seems to have been heated to near destruction in a microwave and came to me so hot throughout that I couldn't barely pick it up with my hands. Not what I expected at all. The indiscriminate and uniformly applied heat robbed the sandwich of any flavor. I ate it after letting it cool a bit, but I did not enjoy it. I could have done better with a frozen bagel sandwich from a grocery store. I'm so disappointed. I will not be back.

Time and time again, I have had amazing customer service experience with the aforementioned reps. Friendly, helpful, and each representative always remembers my order every Sunday. I enter the store and I am always greeted with big smiles and a hello. On top of the great bagels and amazing varieties.
