  I purposely drive a long distance just to come to this location. My order is always correct, the service is quick, and the team members are incredibly friendly. I truly enjoy visiting this Dunkin’, especially seeing Freddy and Carlos... they’re always upbeat and manage to make me laugh every time. On one occasion, I was late picking up my drive-thru order (completely my fault), and the team member still remade it for me free of charge, which meant a lot. I usually go through the drive-thru, but when I do go inside, it’s always clean and well-organized. I consistently enjoy my coffee and the positive energy from the team every visit. <3

  STAY AWAY!!!! Especially FREDY, the faux manager, who acts like people are beneath him. He also does not honor any of the specials the entire Dunkin' operation is running...triple-charging at times as well. Corporate should be made aware of this also. I don't understand how you can skimp on things that are requirements in the order. Beyond this, if you are out of items--more specifically, munchkins, then don't let customers be able to order them. He didn't even want to offer a substitute like a donut that I could cut up for my son in replacement since it was close to the original flavor (glazed)...FREDY said that he couldn't do it since the donut is more. We are talking 20 cents, mind you, and they were about to close! Are you guys holding onto the donuts for the next day? I thought they were made fresh. And if they aren't, thats also room for concern, because if you are going to throw them out, why all the pushback. I think he should be demoted, as he has no customer service skills, and is not upholding the tenets set by the company/brand. STAY AWAYYYYYY! The one in Monroe is much better!

  Today I asked for a muffin and was offered a croissant instead. When I repeated that I wanted a muffin, the employee yelled at me rather than offering another muffin option. This was rude and unprofessional. I expect better service from Dunkin’. Employee name was Rena

  Coffee stinks, surly staff. Like all DD's. Much better coffee elsewhere and you are treated better, too.

  The woman working had to finish texting on her phone before she'd take our order. Then proceeded to walk away as we were ordering. Needless to say we didn't get what we wanted. Never going back even though I love close by.
