  I hate to say the service is only 2 star. The people are nice, but the wait in torrington is nutz. Taco bell in general has gone into such decline. I'd avoid it at all costs. Go down to water street, above the OTB and hit up the new Mexican joint. Its authentic and the prices are probably better than taco hell. . For real. Go to that new place on water st. Its really good and so much better than the bell. . Same price too. Literally you will be happy for what you pay compared and with the difference in quality. Order that ship up instead of thay drive through crap

  Terrible service. They let someone else take our food and then made us wait almost an hour while they remade it and so we got tired and left. Ordered on the app and you can’t even cancel the order so let’s hope they’ll at least refund me.

  Did a pick up order tonight, I had some coupons in the app. I have to say every item was on point! Last time we ordered, very bad experience- items missing or incorrect and the lady at counter was rude! But tonight! BEN! Ben’s the man! He was helpful and very kind! Our food was awesome and for once we came home and were happy we got Taco Bell for dinner!
