That is NOT okay and was never authorized or explained. This feels careless at best and dishonest at worst. Customers should not have to double-check their bank statements because a cashier can’t (or won’t) charge the correct amount. I will not be returning unless this is addressed and refunded.

This is just incompetence, that’s all. Get out, and the food isn’t even right, missing items. Joke of a spot.

Service is slow, the restaurant is HORRIBLY understaffed, and it’s honestly pathetic that anybody wastes the twenty or thirty minutes it ALWAYS takes no matter if there’s one car ahead of you or two. I went to pick up a doordash that sat ready the entire time I was there and the staff looked straight past me and I waited almost ten whole minutes before somebody asked me what I needed.
