It’s Panera, so the food is exactly what you’d expect—consistent every time (whether you consistently like it or not is up to you 😄). What really makes this location stand out is the staff. The manager and employees have always been friendly, helpful, and on top of things. I’ve never had any issues here, and it’s an easy place to work, grab a bite, and relax.

BUT tonight i went about an hour before close and this manager was loudly and rudely berating her employees. other people were in the lobby and it was rather uncomfortable. employees looked absolutely miserable. usually the energy in the store is fun and vibrant. i love seeing employees getting along, talking, enjoying their time; the way this manager was talking to her employees was really abhorrent. makes me sad for the employees, hopefully this was just an off day for the manager. ive been in the position of being both a manager and employee in fast food, and its not easy. having a miserable manager ruining your shift when your just trying to get your job done isnt fun.

Twice now on different occasions I found sharp pieces in my food - first time was a broken chicken bone in my salad, and the second time (yesterday) was a broken plastic piece in my salad. Both times were through doordash and were salads, so perhaps their prep methods are hastily done for those. Either way, I would steer clear as this is a safety hazard. I am currently trying to see what my options are through doordash because this is unsafe.
