- JLjames littleNov 11, 20251.0I placed an order this morning for a bagel and hash browns. I pull out and look in the bag, which had 2 donuts. I pull back through the drive-thru, don't stop at the speaker, continue to the window and give them back the donuts. I let the guy know that I received the wrong order, no big deal... Some woman (I assume manager) looks at me and says, "move along buddy, you didn't order!" I said uhm, I did order and received the wrong order, and she looked at me and said "no, you didn't!" I have the receipt; I have the pending charge on my Citi credit card app... Some other woman comes to the window and says "you can go, we will refund you!" I will be filing a complaint with corporate and reaching out to the regional manager. I will request that the time stamped video be reviewed and will file a complaint with the BBB for not receiving items I paid for.
