    Rude staff, there is one girl who never greets or says anything at the window. They mess up orders constantly and they don’t go out of their way to fix their mistakes. Asked for a green tea with 1 teabag, got black with 2. Then ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a LIGHTLY toasted plain bagel, I get a rock hard burnt and stale bagel. When I asked them to fix it they said it was lightly toasted and the bagels just “look like that” so they wouldn’t fix it. Hate going to this location every visit is an issue.

    Did a movbil order for drive thru. Food was cold and made incorrect and the staff was rude and shoved the food into our hands. probably not coming back here again

    Coffee is very diluted and watery tasting! When noticed them they said they can put less milk!!!

    It’s a good Dunkin though they notoriously don’t get the order right in the drive through. I also have a specific sandwich I always ask for American cheese on but the still give me cheddar. Otherwise, good location. Better than a lot of others I’ve been to in CT.
