- DDDanFeb 25, 20261.0Possibly the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in the state, the coffee taste like burnt water. Not good. Shouldn’t have to put a bunch of sugar or salt flavors into the coffee to make it taste like something. I bet it’s just the owner of the franchise cheaping out. Never going back again. they’re also more expensive than other Dunkin’ Donuts in the area, And I almost think there wasn’t even caffeine in their coffee. I’ve had their coffee a handful of times in the past 10 years this place is terrible. Just go down the street to Terryville and you’ll get slightly better coffee.

First, they put ice past the 2nd line as you can see by the picture, this was taken after I had already drank most of it. Second, they filled it to about where the blue line is with the actual coffee that I paid more than 6 dollars for. This location is the only one who I have issues like this with so they deserve this review. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from this location anymore. Thanks and I suggest making your own coffee, it's less expensive.

Everytime I come through this particular drive thru, there is one employee that seems to always be there at the window and taking the drive thru orders. Pam is an exceptional woman. Always very kind, soft spoken and patient. She needed those patience with me that day as I kept adding to the donut order. I originally only needed 1 but ended with a half dozen and a tea. Thank you Pam for being the kind soul you are. You are a definite asset to the company and this busy location. Wishing you all that is good in this world! Thank you again! Lynn Smith
