    Im in the medical field - i just came off a 12hr shift and sat through the drive-thru because it’s quicker normally and i have a headache. i get a simple order - a salad, large fries and a cookie. i pull up to the window after placing my order and the girl hands me a big bag and says you’re all set! so i start to drive off thinking there’s no way they could mess up the simplest order possible. something tells me to check my bag as i'm about to pull onto the street from the drive-thru cause i did Not want to have to come back. So i look into my bag and i’m missing the fries. I then precede to reverse drive into a parking spot and now have to GO INSIDE after waiting through the drive thru line Already to get my fries. i go in and ask the girl at the register to please call the girl that was at the drive thru . The girl comes and i say “hey u said i was all set but i’m missing the fries” (not even with an attitude) . i hand her the receipt (she says nothing to me this entire time) and she puts the receipt down in front of her - walks away and then grabs fries, puts them in a bag and just hands them to me - Still no words from her At All … not a “sorry about that” or sorry for the inconvenience for making you have to come inside to not wait through the drive thru line again” NOTHING!! then she just walks away. So disrespectful. Then on top of that she doesn't even give me back my receipt. she left it across the counter in front of her and i had to grab it myself before i walking out. idk who hired or trained her but she needs to be retrained or fired if she doesn’t have the most basic customer service skills. Her name on the receipt is Emiko. Busy or not - it takes TWO seconds to apologize for Your mistake.

    How it’s possible that for a 6pc nuggets 1 BBQ!!!!! Than they want to charge you 50cents for an extra one!
