  Incredible vegan pie options! I'm so sad this isn't located in NYC but I would 100% drive out to Connecticut just for this pizza! We ordered for pick up and got the Strega Nona vegan pie, the Spicy BBQ Vegan, and modified a white pie to have their homemade vegan cashew cheese, white bean spread, vegan mozzarella shreds, garlic, hot cherry peppers and truffle oil (yes, wrote it out in case anyone wants to copy it). Every single pie was amazing! Pizza dough was perfect, thin, light, and beautifully cooked. Usually I have a favorite but I honestly could not pick a top choice. They were all amazing! The guys there when we arrived (maybe some of the owners, sorry, did not ask for names) were really nice too! I always appreciate it when I don't feel judged ordering off the vegan menu from a non vegan spot. I truly appreciate them for having these great vegan options and having it not feel like an after thought. Would 100% recommend!! My pictures don't do it justice after an hour long drive, but just trust me! 😂

  We love the Parlor! Pizza is always consistent, on point - perfectly crispy and charred but not too charred and quality toppings. 10/10 every time! Our favorite pizza place in CT!
