- JTJude T6 days ago1.0My son and grandson went to the drive through on 2-18-2026. It was around 3:30PM. In the transaction my son was never given his CC back. He was handed the receipt, not the card. He checked his card shortly after. He was charged his order along with another order was on his card from the same store. He cancelled the card, contacted the store and was told that the employee found the card and put it in the office. Interesting that the employee used the card, and tried to use it three times after it was cancelled. Either she lied to her supervisor, he lied to us, or by magic the card was used and turned in. I would not recommend this Dunkin. While the supervisor refunded the order that was placed by us, he would not refund the order the employee charged since we did not have a receipt. I realize it may be difficult to get help, but there are people who would love to work and not use a card 4 times in error that did not belong to them.

The food/donuts are Soo fresh and they have a million different options for donuts tht i dont see at any other dunkin in my area . <3

It doesn’t matter how much sugar you put in your coffee or caramel swirl. You will still taste nasty, bitter coffee. It’s ridiculous Every time I give them the benefit of the doubt. They put no effort into making these coffees as much as you break it down for them. They do not care.
