- DBDanielle BernatDec 18, 20251.0Whoever took my order in the drive-through was awful. My drink was put in wrong and when I tried to correct it, I was spoken to like I was stupid. I then ordered my food which was also put down wrong. When I got to the window, the same woman that took my order rolled her eyes and shook her head at me, after getting my entire order wrong, how ironic. The girl handing the food out the window was the only pleasant person in this whole transaction. Worst Dunkin I have EVER been to.

I’ve tried to stop going to DD because I’d rather support local businesses, so this was a great reminder for why I shld stick with that. They were really so awful and given the huge increase in prices I will not be going to DD anytime soon
