  I have just driven past the Springdale Hope Street Subway and see its windows papered over. Apparently it is closed. I hope so. I agree with the other reviewers that the help was far from the best; rude and bristly. When paying good money for a sandwich, one deserves at least a smile and a thank you. I have been doing business with this particular store for many years. It used to be the only store open after my Saturday night band gig at 2am. So it started out as convenience. But, after a ten year hiatus, as I had moved out of town, I came back, and upon visiting the store, could not have been more disappointed. The help, as I said, was rude, but it was more than that. The bread was stale, the proteins chancy. The last straw came when I tried to use the rest room, only to be rudely told that it was closed. Subway is clearly going the way of so many ‘mature’ establishments. They have grown complacent and obviously don’t care about their customers any longer. Strangely, it seems that they don’t care about making a profit either. I wish them well in the company of Boston Market, TGI Fridays, Sears, and all the other companies who thought it wouldn’t happen to ygg HR rn.

  The customer service is always the worst. You come to buy something and you don't deserve to be treated badly. Every time I've gone to buy something, I've always been served by a very rude man. Truly terrible service.

  First off the managers here suck… they are rude to employees, there were nats flying all around and i was highly disappointed to hear a manager talking down to a employee. This is a very unprofessional and disgusting work environment and the young man Jose who took my order deserves better! This environment is toxic for a young man such as himself, I will not be eating here again nor allowing my family or friends!

  Two "sandwich artists" working; one working as slow as molasses the other working on a sandwich party tray. The one doing the tray finally acknowledges his companion is too slow and decides to take my order but... but then leave my sandwich next to one of the unfinished wraps and goes back to his tray instead of cashing me out. At min he could have rung out the customer with the 2 wrap order and then cash me out. I walked out bc I was not going to wait another minute watching yo slow sandwich artist struggle with the 2nd wrap. What happened to making sure customers are satisfied not only with product but service too!!!!
