I wish this wasn’t the only one nearby. The selection is amazing but very full. The store is too full and people are constantly lost. Carts are all over and the systems make everything more difficult. Not to mention being told produce needs a code, it doesn’t . You just weigh it and type it in because it does that for you. Now items have to be scanned differently? Never heard of that. Customer service could be better. Its a hit or miss visiting this one. A lot of prices are ridiculous but thats common for stop and shops, it just isn’t worth it as a primary grocery store. Not to mention the bottle return.
Hopefully they build another one again.

their online shopping and pick up is the BEST! for just $3.95 you get exactly what you ordered , perfectly bagged and drop in your car trunk and go. i am well pleased!!

This store is abysmal with the worst customer service. We placed an online order for delivery. They never showed up, and when we called to find out where our order was, they told us the store never put it together so the driver left without it. We asked if they would be delivering it the following day and were told nope, there were no more spots. When I pointed out that that we could have gone to any number of other stores if they had bothered to tell us that the order wasn’t coming, they basically told us too bad, so sad. There are way too many other grocery chains in the state to put up with this kind of rude nonsense.
