During my visit, I encountered a Spanish male cashier who, unfortunately, did not provide the level of service I expect as a customer. He failed to greet me or offer any assistance in a professional manner. When I requested my usual order of a small coffee with milk and no sugar, he responded in a dismissive way, asking how much coffee and milk I wanted without offering any guidance. When I mentioned that I would report his behavior, he seemed unconcerned and stated he had connections with his supervisor. After refusing to serve me, he proceeded to assist other customers, leaving me without help. I requested assistance from another employee, but it appeared that the cashier was discouraging support from his colleagues. This behavior not only made my experience unpleasant but also reflects poorly on the establishment. I believe it is essential for management to address this type of conduct. Open communication with this employee could lead to improved service and customer satisfaction.
