I realized right after paying while still at the register if they could void it and redo it so I can scan my barcode. They refused. I am pretty sure they are supposed to ask you in the beginning of the transaction and they didn’t. My family spends a lot of money here and voiding redoing would have taken maybe two minutes. There wasn’t anyone behind me. They flat out refused and I am upset. I worked at a McDonald’s before so I know they could have done it for me. This is very bad customer service. The fries were cold today too. She said I could enter me receipt in the app but it takes up to five days to get them. It really put me in a poor mood.
