Now the staff is rude and I have been in several times with other people only to see flies on the few donut options they have. It went from a busy place most of the day to being not very busy when ever you go I would guess because people don't like flies on their food. Staff does little to nothing about it. Heck I watched them swat a fly off a donut then serve it to someone shortly after as it was the last of that kind. Plenty of other Dunkin spot around that are clean with a nicer staff.

We began having donut delight cater to us weekly but majority of the office wants Dunkin’ Donuts. We’ve complained but to no avail. It’s sad because we order huge and they’re losing out.

If it’s too long then I’ll only take a drink.” The cashier responded with “ I don’t understand “. I then repeated what I said a lil louder. Cashier walked to another associate. Came back asked an Indian lady what I say. She didn’t understand as well. At the point I just said never mind. A lady came (associate who wasn’t the cashier) came and said “ order it and we’ll get you out fast”. I mean I was happy but the Language Barrier Needs to be worked on. I shouldn’t have to wait for assistance when I’m speaking English.
