  Don’t bother coming here. This place can’t make a simple iced coffee at all. I ordered less ice several times and I go in and my drink is entirely ice. $5 for a cup of ice. Straight robbing people. Also they can’t make matcha at all unless you want milky foam with a ton of ice in it. Beyond a joke.

  By far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been to in Stamford. The store constantly looks dirty and unkempt, which immediately kills the experience. The cashier looks like he just rolled out of bed and clearly doesn’t want to be there. I understand life is hard and everyone has bad days, but basic cleanliness and professionalism should still be expected at work. I barely ever get food here anymore because it always tastes old. The bread is consistently hard like a rock, as if it’s been sitting out all day. That’s completely unacceptable for a place that serves food. Orders take forever, even when it’s not busy, and the attitude behind the counter makes the wait even worse. What’s more uncomfortable is how the cashier treats other employees — openly rude and dismissive, creating an awkward and negative environment for both staff and customers. Overall, this location needs serious improvement in cleanliness, food quality, customer service, and management. I won’t be coming back.

  Only 1 guy knows what he's doing. I got the wrong hashbrown n cheese cup wrong 3 times in a row. The coffee had 0 caramel in it 4 times in a row... you guys are literally charging me extra and not even putting any in. Emailed dunkin multiple times no answer. I'll buy and make my own breakfast from now on.
