Finding a roach raises serious concerns about cleanliness and possible infestation at this location. As a customer, I expect basic hygiene and food safety standards to be followed. It’s extremely disappointing and upsetting to realize that you can’t even trust Dunkin’ to provide a clean, safe product. This experience has completely destroyed my confidence in this location

I decided to give it another try, but the second visit was even worse. The staff member seemed uninterested and unhappy to be there, and my coffee tasted so bad I couldn’t even drink it—I ended up throwing it out because they refused to make me another one. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back.
