  This was by far the worst experience I have had at a Dunkin location. I placed my order at the kiosk. After paying, I was told that 2 to 3 of the donuts I ordered were out of stock. Since there were no other items I wanted, I immediately asked for a refund. Nur denied my request. I then asked if I could receive a store credit instead, and that request was also denied without explanation. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, she responded in a rude and dismissive manner. For example she told me that before ordering at the kiosk, I need to come to the counter and check which food items are available. That defeats the purpose of having a kiosk. Mind you there wasn’t signage or notice stating that certain items were unavailable. The back and forth continued for several minutes. I was not offered a reasonable solution beside pick something else. I had to ask for the general manager’s contact information (which I never got) and state that I would call the police before I was finally issued a refund. This situation should never have escalated to that level. Especially since I could have matched her energy and been just as rude.

  I’ve been to this Dunkin’ location a few times now and it has been consistently solid. The store is always clean, very well lit, not crowded, and surprisingly spacious with a decent amount of seating. I’ve ordered several different drinks on separate visits and everything has been correct and tasted great. The staff has always been friendly and welcoming, which makes a difference when you’re just trying to grab something quick. I do not believe I have had food at this location yet, but based on my experiences so far, I am sure it will be just as good. The only downside right now is that the drive thru is not open yet. Hopefully that changes soon. That said, they do have a parking lot and there is street parking throughout the area, so it is still convenient. Overall, I would definitely recommend this location.

  Slow service, and the staff makes too many mistakes with orders, they don't have the proper training to work there

  This Dunkin is by far one of the best around. The staff are always amazing, the restaurant is always clean. Always a very welcoming atmosphere! Keep up the great work.
