Slow service, and the staff makes too many mistakes with orders, they don't have the proper training to work there

I'm not sure why this dunks gets such bad reviews. I've been coming here for 6 months, and i've only gotten one bad coffee. The stuff is always nice, the store appears clean, i would recommend that they get some sort of carpet for the back door entry. It gets really slippery.

Open til 10 actually means “closes at 9:51”. Wish I had known before I put clothes on, walked around with my injury, and drove over to be well before closing time to grab like 2 donuts. Just “sorry closing time!” and then looked away. Their family was already on there chilling, just taking up time and space not even caring they were supposed to be open for business. I used to go here from time to time - why I have ever given this place my business for a single donut instead of exclusively Donut Delight is beyond me.

This what I wrote to corporate: I am writing to formally report a distressing encounter I had at your Dunkin’ on 364 Hope Street in Stamford, CT on Monday, August 4, 2025, at approximately 2:30 pm. After purchasing a drink, I was standing near the counter adjusting it when I overheard a conversation between a manager and staff members about the thermostat. I made a light, non-confrontational comment that it didn’t feel cold to me. It was a simple, friendly remark, nothing more. Suddenly, a male staff/manager member turned toward me in an aggressive manner, repeatedly raising his voice and telling me to “calm down,” despite the fact that I was calm. I initially believed he was a customer, and once I realized he worked there, I immediately apologized. Nonetheless, he continued to raise his voice and repeat himself, escalating the situation unnecessarily. I felt embarrassed and intimidated in front of others. I am a petite woman, and his hostile tone and physical presence felt unnecessarily confrontational. This kind of behavior is inappropriate in any professional setting, especially in customer service. I am concerned that this may be a pattern of behavior, particularly toward women. I hope this incident will be taken seriously. Customers should never be spoken to this way, regardless of intent or miscommunication. I request that this employee’s conduct be addressed directly, and that your team is reminded of the importance of respectful communication. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your response.

When I walked in it was very wet in the back they did have a wet sign but I had to be very careful when I went to go order my $6 box I was told that sausage was not an option even though I went to another location and sausage was an option that wasn't the issue she told me she would have to charge me an extra dollar which was no problem but even with another guess at the register after I moved she still continue to try to justify why she had to charge me the dollar which was very unprofessional. Then when I went to go get sugar for my coffee the sugar and the ketchup was not stocked up the containers were left on the counter there were three employees has the employee that was making all of the hot food was struggling the manager and the other employee went to the back and did not assist her in any way when I asked the manager to please put ketchup and sugar she had an attitude and started talking under her breath which was very unprofessional while there was no customer and it was down time no one did anything to make sure that the restaurant was at his best standing there was coffee spills the milk was left out paper towel in the Drive-Thru area and once again there was one woman working at the hot food section Non-Stop I will never be going back to this location due to the fact this is not the first time I have had an issue with not just my order but customer service I hope they do better for the customers that do spend their money at this location I will rather spend my money at another location
