I’m not sure how the owner does it, but the employees here are consistently wonderful - always friendly, patient, and genuinely pleasant to interact with. I’ve been coming to this DQ since 2016, and I don’t think I’ve ever seen a negative customer interaction. I’ve witnessed a few neutral moments, but far more often the staff go out of their way to be helpful, upbeat, and kind. The team here (and management behind the scenes) deserves major kudos for maintaining such a welcoming, positive atmosphere year after year. It really shows.
