  Not happy that I was able to place an order through the app even though the store is closed. Also, the hours on the door say New Year’s Day hours are open until 9 pm. It is 5:20 pm. Stafford Springs has crap for food around here and then the places that are here aren’t open even though they should be.

  Save yourself the time and go somewhere else. No AC, how is the meat kept cold? The two workers were slower than if I went behind the counter and started making sandwiches, probably because of the heat. Oven barely work, no ice machine.

  This Subway used to be great. Now, not even close to good. They have no professionalism, attitudes and can't stop looking at the clock. One of their employees, Josh, wears pants halfway down his behind, using his hands to pull them up, with gloves on, then continues to make sandwiches with the same gloves on. It is ridiculous that this store can't find competent people to work here. Would give zero stars if it were an option. Will NEVER go back.
