This was the very first time my Grandchildren experienced XRamen. They both loved the new experience and look forward to returning soon. Although this wasn’t my first time, the food was every bit as enjoyable as the first time. We will all be back again!

Went in for lunch today and we had the all you can eat. All the food was great, especially the ramen and chicken he soup dumplings. A little bit of a bummer that they were out of a few things, but not the end of the world. The waitress was absolutely incredible and made it such a great experience!

We have had this place on our list of places to try for some time now. Since it was national ramen day we give it a shot. We did the $40 p/p all you can eat. Food was okay, nothing exceptional, the service was not terrible. But there was only two other party’s there. What shocked us was the tables were so small, we had 4 people in our party. We ordered a bunch of things to try on the all you can eat menu , they did bring things out a few dishes at a time but our table quickly became too crowded and was uncomfortable. At the end of our meal, we were deciding what deserts we wanted only to be told by the server that they did not have any ice cream only the fruit plate, which was only oranges. They were supposed to be offering shaved iced however they ran out of the syrup to make it. There is a sign on the wall that says popcorn and cotton candy, the sever said that they didn’t have any as the machines were broken. She offered desserts to us that were on a separate menu for an additional costs. For $40 per person for an all you can eat and no deserts or any alternative to compensate the consumer for the inconvenience. I asked the server if they could somehow substitute the desert from The other menu to make up for them not having any other options available and she said “no” not even a let me check with my manager. We quickly asked for the check , paid and left to go buy deserts elsewhere . We will not revisit.

My girlfriend and I went here to try a new place out and after seeing this place on TikTok and instagram, and the reviews (obviously paid actors) I figured it would be a great place. Boy was I wrong. The customer service was not all the way there, not even part way there. The food?! It wasn’t good at all. I did the all you can eat special. Got some sushi, which one of them tasted super bad and it was extremely red. The ramen was the only thing alright. My girl ate more ginger than anything and said the ginger was the only thing she thought was able to enjoy. Truth be told, highly don’t recommend. I don’t know if I’ve ever left a spot that had “all you can eat” and leave disappointed

I had really high hopes for their ramen. I saw the sign go up when they were renovating the building from the previous tenant years ago but the restaurant took a long time after the sign went up for it to actually open. When they finally opened, I was disappointed to find out that the menu wasn't a dedicated ramen shop, especially with a name like X Ramen, too. Anyway, I love ramen so I gave them a shot the other day. The appetizers I got were great. KFC nuggets were delicious. Gyoza was nice & crispy just like traditional Japanese gyoza. However, the ramen I got let me down. First, it was tepid. Ramen should be served hot where the soup almost burns your tongue. I figured my ramen sat for too long before being served. Sure enough, the men was stretchy meaning my ramen bowl sat. Ramen is all about dropping the men into piping hot soup before it is served so the men stays al dented to borrow a term from Italian cuisine. I hope it was just my ramen I was served that is subpar for all the future patrons looking for a good bowl of ramen. At least stop in for their appetizers and enjoy with a nice Counterweight IPA they serve. I didn't try their sushi, so that could be their strong suit...
