The worker did not understand my order and when I told her she was missing 2 cups she got extremely rude and rolled her eyes at me about 10 times and kept groaning. Don’t come to this location if you want your order messed up and given an attitude when you ask for the correct order very politely.

It was 9:48 pm, three people were inside a female, a man and some else. They closed the store early before 10 pm which is on the store door last night. Bad business and management. It's Saturday night instead I went to Dairy Queen in Fairfield which gave me friendly customer service. They should close baskin Robbins Down because they have rude employees who don't care about the business and want to close the store early so they can either go out or run home. Then choose another schedule to work if you don't like the hours.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
