  The food is ok for what we got, but they didnt stir the lemonade, forgot my small fry, and didnt label the chicken sandwiches when we got 1 spicy and 1 normal. We couldnt tell the difference so we got them mixed up. Didnt even give us the receipt so we don’t know if they even charged us for the small fry. Will not be returning again.

  I had a terrible experience at this Wendy’s. The place was very dirty and the overall environment felt extremely unsanitary. I personally saw an employee scratch their hair and then go right back to handling food without washing their hands, and I never see them wearing gloves while dealing with food in the drive-thru, which is very concerning. On top of that, I overheard one of the employees, a tall man with a decent amount of hair and an accent, making very inappropriate and offensive comments using racist and homophobic language, which is completely unacceptable in a workplace, especially around customers. The bathroom was also very smelly and clearly not being maintained. Overall, the restaurant felt nasty, unprofessional, and poorly managed. I definitely would not recommend coming to this location unless serious changes are made.

  I'm deaf, he said please order drive-thru, but I can't talk because I'm fully deaf. He made talk loud.
